First Step
Go to Google and type make free website.Here you can find many website which provide you platform to create free website..there are many available like webs.com,zoho.com,wix.com,manifo.com..
i m recommend you zoho.com because of unlimited pages and templates..Then go to zoho.com and register
your account and select template and edit content.
Second Step
After Complete editing go to publish button..after pressing publish button you can find register domain name..
chose free domain name..(if you want to chose paid domain you can chose it)
Third step
After register free domain go to free domain name provider site like freedomain.co.nr or dot.tk
or co.cc
here for freedomain.co.nr
Go to freedomain.co.nr and register..and chose domain
